The Garagii.rental network

“Need RR Sport, monthly.”
Posted at 11:44. Buried by 11:46.

In the WhatsApp groups, you post and hope, and your message scrolls away before the shop that has the car ever sees it. On the Garagii.rental network you find the car yourself, send one request to the shop that has it, and close with an LPO signed electronically.

Today · the WhatsApp group

UAE rental shops · B2B1,024 members

Requests, ads and photos in one stream. Yours is the one with the gold edge. Watch it go.

With Garagii.rental · search the network

You search, you pick the shop, you send one request. The offer comes back priced; the LPO is signed; the car is in your fleet.

Sound familiar?

Every day, the same four messages.

“Need Urus, today, 3 days.”

Then you hope someone saw it.

On the network you search the listed cars yourself and see which are free on your dates, right now.

“Photo and B2B price only plz.”

Twenty DMs to compare.

Here every car shows the same facts side by side: year, colour, spec and B2B rate.

“AVAILABLE NOW!!! Cullinan, Escalade, G63…”

Typed by hand, three times a day.

Share fleet writes your availability post from your live fleet, so it never lists a car that's out on rent.

“OK deal. Send the car.”

No paper, no proof.

Here the deal is an LPO with both licences, signed and stamped, and fines on that car follow it onto the B2B invoice.

How you find it

From “I'm looking” to “it's in my fleet”.

  1. 1

    Search the network

By make, model or plate, dates, emirate, distance, category, colour, transmission, spec, year and your rate ceiling. You see the cars other shops have listed, with their B2B rates and availability, as a list or on the map.

  2. 2

    Request this car

From the car card, its details, or the shop's page. The request for that car and your dates goes to that shop only.

  3. 3

    The partner confirms

The owning shop replies with an offer naming the car and the price for those dates. You'll find it under Requests.

  4. 4

    Issue the LPO

Accept the offer by issuing the Local Purchase Order from it: both trade licences, both TRNs, the terms, signature and stamp. It's the contract between the two shops.

  5. 5

    Pick it up

Your driver collects at the owner's yard. The owner's handover inspection (photos, odometer, fuel, signature) passes custody and insurance to you, and the car joins your fleet for the term.

  6. 6

    Rent, return, settle

Rent it on your own contract at your own retail rate. When it comes back, the owner's check-in is the return of record; fines and Salik follow the car onto the B2B invoice, and the final tax invoice settles the LPO.

What other shops can see: the cars you list, with the B2B rates you set for the network (or “On request”) and their availability. Never your customers, and never your bookings.

How the network protects you

  • Partners see your cars, never your customers or your bookings.
  • Documents travel only with an accepted deal.
  • Licences and IDs are checked before an LPO can be issued.
  • Fines on a sub-leased car follow the car to the right party.

Have the car?

Idle days become someone else's booking.

Your own B2B prices

Every car you open to the network gets its own B2B rate ladder, separate from your retail prices: hourly, daily, and per-day rates for weekly, monthly and yearly rentals. They start from the car's own pricing and you change them freely. Show them on the network, or set them to “On request”.

You choose what you lend

Only the cars you open to the network appear, and only with complete papers.

Never a car that's out

Your cars show in partners' searches only when they're free on the dates searched.

Requests for your cars, one at a time

A shop that wants one of your cars sends the request to you; you answer with an offer for those dates.

Your availability post, written for you

Share fleet turns your free cars into the text and image you'd post in the WhatsApp groups anyway, in Arabic, English or both, with prices off unless you switch them on.

Your car comes back to you

You inspect it at handover and again when it's returned to your yard; fines and Salik go on the B2B invoice.

The network, asked and answered.

Is this just another group?

No. There's no stream to scroll. You find the car yourself, send one request to the shop that has it, and every deal ends in a signed LPO.

What can other shops see?

The cars you list, with the B2B rates you set for the network (or “On request” if you'd rather not show them), and their availability. Never your customers, and never your bookings.

Are the prices on the network my retail prices?

No. They're B2B prices: a separate rate ladder you set for other rental shops, apart from what you charge your own customers. Garagii never suggests a rate; every figure is yours.

What if nobody has the car?

Try other dates, another model, another emirate or a wider distance. Results change as cars come back from rent.

Can I still use WhatsApp?

Of course. Share fleet even writes your availability post for the groups. The difference is that a deal done here leaves an LPO, a booking and an invoice behind it.
